Cook pumpkin without skin In the cooker with less water, smash and keep aside
Cook noodles or noodle pasta.. drain and cool it down, keep aside
Take a pan , add butter then add finely chopped garlic pieces fry them add smashed pumpkin fry
after some time add spanich leaves chopped add salt, chill powder and pepper powder add lemon juice
Cook for minutes till it becomes thick sauce Add milk and mix well
Now pour noodles in it, add salt
Put grated cheese and mix it till it thickens. sprinkle walnuts pieces and give it a final mix.
Plate it with Basil garnish.
