Mix Dal 20gm
Green Vegetables 100gm
Chicken skinless and boneless 200gm
Ghee/Olive oil 5ml
Egg 2 piece
Egg whites 2piece
Direction
Step-1
Heat the pressure cooker for 1-2 mins
Step-2
Add ghee/olive oil
Step-3
Add Green Vegetables and chicken and let it fry
Step-4
Add pinch of turmeric power and salt to taste

Stirr in an intervals of 3-5 mins in low to medium flame

When the chicken is half fried break 2 raw eggs

Stirr till the eggs are well cooked

Now add soaked rice and mix dal

Add water, own measure how you want the khichdi to be

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and left it for 3-4 Whitshels

Let the cooker cool and serve
