Ingredients for Non fried Onion Methi pakoda
- › Onion 100 gm thin long sliced
- › Methi leaves 50gm (washed and chopped)
- › Besan 35gm
- › Spices: chilli powder, salt, ajwain, garam masala
Method
1. 1. Mix all ingredients : Onion, Methi, spices 2. Add the water slowly and mix well until it forms a thick and sticky batter. 3. Preheat the Air fryer at 350 degrees 4. Place small portions in Air fryer, spray oil (0 calories) 5. Fry for 10-15 mins and flip in-between. Enjoy with chutney !!
