Ingredients for No sauce stir fry chicken with veggies
- › Diced chicken breast 200g
- › Mixed veggies 100g (I used red bell peppers, broccoli and mushrooms)
- › Olive oil 10g
- › Italian seasoning, pepper, salt to taste
- › 1 clove of garlic and 1 green chilli chopped
- › Diced onion 20g
Method
1. 1. Heat a pan and add the olive oil
2. 2. Add the chopped garlic and green chilli
3. 3. Bring the heat to medium and add the veggies and chicken
4. 4. Fry them till they are cooked but the veggies are crisp
5. 5. Add salt, pepper and the Italian seasoning
6. 6. Serve hot with rice or bread (garlic bread would be yum 😋😋)
