No-Oil Paneer Tikka
- 1. Paneer 100 gm (Low fat)
- 2. Veggies like cauliflower, onion and mushroom.
- 3. Greek yoghurt 10 gm
- 4. Spices and salt as per taste
Mix all the above ingredients and insert in a pre heated air fryer at 150 degrees C. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
This may be served with a mint dip (made it using mint leaves from my garden, coriander leaves, garlic all crushed into a paste and added to yoghurt).
