How to make No Oil Grilled Chicken Steak
Step-1
~Cut slanting slits on the fillet for the marination to be absorbed.
~Add the following:
Ginger-Garlic paste (1 tsp)
Curd (1 tbsp)
Pepper powder (0.5 tsp)
Red Chilly Powder ( 0.5 tsp or by taste )
Coriander Powder ( 0.5 tbsp)
Chicken Masala - 0.5 tbsp ( I use @everestspices)
Garam Masala Powder ( a pinch )
Salt (as per taste)
~Mix and saturate your steak with all of the above. Don't add any water or oil.
~Leave for marination for 15-30 minutes or directly put in the microwave. I mostly don't get time for its marination and it still tastes fab!
~Using a grilling stand, grill your steak on the Grill Power Mode 2 for 4 mins on each side ( total of 8 minutes).
~If required, grill for some more time as different ovens have different modes.
~If you don't have a microwave, use a grilling pan or a wok with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side on medium flame. Keep checking so that it doesn't burn. You might need to brush a little oil if the utensil is not non-stick.
Lastly, add some lemon juice and grilled veggies and serve hot!
