No milk banana whey pancakes
- 1 whole egg
- 3gm olive oil
- 15gm whole wheat flour
- 50gm ripe banana
- 20gm whey protein (banana flavour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients first- wheat flour, whey protein, baking powder. Mix them well.
Now whisk egg and add to the dry ingredients mix. Add water and mix the batter well. Let this mixture sit for 10mins.
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and pour the batter in small round shaped pancakes. Shallow fry on one side and flip to the other side. Serve hot with nuts or honey (additional).
