- › 70 GM's paneer
- › 150gms veggies
- › 10gms nuts
- › 5gms flax seeds
- › 20gms pasta
- › 5ml olive oil
Method
1. boil the pasta and drain water. rest mix everything in a bowl. add salt vinegar and black pepper, coriander leaves powder, oregano chilli flakes. enjoy chilled 😊
