  • Recipe Ingredients listsabut dhaniya/ coriander seeds few
  • Recipe Ingredients listpeppercorn 4 pcs
  • Recipe Ingredients listgreen chilli 2
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listturmeric powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listsabji masala just for taste

Direction

Step-1

soak moong dal for minimum 4 hours

Step-2

grind it in coarse paste

Step-3

add all the ingredients mentioned above expect ghee

Step-4

heat the appe pan. pour with the help of spoon or if doing with hand just wet the hand with water do that paste doesn't sticks.

Step-5

flip it in between and add ghee with help of brush
