Ingredients for natural protein bites
- › 2 cups ragi flour
- › 1 cup deeseded wet dates
- › 1 cup peanuts
- › 4 tsps ghee
Method
1. Dry Roast Ragi Flour stirring constantly till it smokes
2. In a mixer grinder put the deeseded dates and peanuts and grind them
3. Mix this to the roasted Ragi Flour and add ghee The entire mix binds together so that you can makes laddoos out of them
4. Start making laddoos while it is hot so it binds well
5. Store them in airtight jar to keep them fresh for 20-30 days
