How to make mutton galauti kebab
Step-1
Take mutton mince in a bowl and add all the above ingredients . Knead everything together like dough
Step-2
Heat oil in a non stick or cast iron pan and spread evenly
Step-3
Now make flat balls of mince meat dough and roast well both side for 5-6 minutes each side
Step-4
Serve with salad and soup for a perfect filling lunch or dinner
