Mutton bone broth
- mutton soup bones -250gm
- onion -1
- ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- coriander leaves - bunch ( optional)
- pudina - few leaves ( optional)
- rock salt ( as per taste)
- turmeric powder ( 1 tsp)
wash the bones thoroughly. place them in the pressure cooker.
grind the other ingredients into fine paste in a mixer
put the ground paste into the cooker
Add water as per the thickness of the soup required
cook on high flame for 20 minutes and let it whistle for 15-20 times
switch off the stove. serve the soup hot.
don't forget to take out the delicious marrow from inside the bones. if the bones are cooked really well, the bone marrow easily can be taken out.
