How to make Mutter Mushroom Paneer

Step-1

1. Boil mushrooms and green peas. 2. Heat 5 gms ghee in a pan and saute onions 3. Keep it aside for further use. 4. Separately heat 5 gms ghee and saute paneer. 5. Keep it aside for further use. 6. Add tomatoes, green chilies, ginger and garlic in sauted onions and grind. 7. Heat 5 gms ghee in a pan and add grinded paste. 8. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. 9. Stir well for 5 minutes. 10. Cover the lid and let it cook for 05 minutes on a low flame. 11. Add paneer, boiled green peas and mushrooms. 12. Add 100 ml water and coriander powder,let it boil on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. 13. Cover the lid and keep it on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. 14. Turn off the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves. 15. Transfer to a serving bowl.
