How to make mutta egg and paneer roast ( serves 3 people )
Step-1
Boil and peel of eggs , put slits in centre
Step-2
Now marinade paneer and eggs with red chilli powder, turmeric and salt . Keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes
Step-3
Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a pan and shallow fry eggs and paneer ( first paneer and then eggs)
Step-4
In the same pan add remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and sauté the onions till translucent
Step-5
Add curry leaves and grated coconut and sauté till the onions become brown
Step-6
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step-7
Now add tomatoes, salt , turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala. Cook till tomatoes become mushy
Step-8
Add 2-3 cups of water depending on your choice of curry consistency and bring it to boil
Step-9
Now add paneer and eggs and cook for 10 more minutes on medium flame ( keep mixing the spices well in eggs and paneer)
Step-10
Serve hot with rice or chapati or dosa
