Ingredients for Muthiya dhokala
- › 150 gm bottle gourd/ lauki/ dudhi
- › 50 gm spinach
- › 80 gm wheat flour
- › 20 gm soya chunks powder
- › spices like cumin red chilly turmeric garam masala lemon salt
- › 30 gm carrot for sweet taste
- › 15 ml peanut oil for tampering
- › 50 gm onion
- › 1 green chilly
Method
1. mix all ingredient like shredded Lauki and carrots chopped spinach, onion, chilly
2. add spices
3. roll out cylindrical roll with palm
4. steam it for 20 min
5. rest and when cool down the cut and tamper with mathi mustard curry leaves
6. can have with curd
