How to make Mustard Chicken
Step-1
Wash the chicken well with turmeric and a pinch of salt
Step-2
In a container mix all the spices with mustard oil and yogurt
Step-3
Marinate for 1 hour
Step-4
On a hot pan pour the coconut oil and heat it. Once heated put the red chilli and onions. Saute it till the onions are brown red. And then pour the chicken into the pan and let it cook for 20-25 mins.
Step-5
Saute the chicken every 5 mins and pour water in between if necessary.
Step-6
Once it's cooked garnish it with Coriander leaves and black pepper powder and let it cook for 2 more mins in low flame.
Step-7
Yummy chicken is ready and best to serve with rice / bread.
