Ingredients for Mushroom rice
- › Oil
- › Ginger n garlic
- › Green chilly
- › Onion
- › Mushroom
- › Salt n pepper
- › Dark soya sauce
- › Green chilly sauce
- › Green onion
- › Rice 100gms
- › Bell peppers
1. Boil the rice 80 to 90% and keep it aside
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms
3. Add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies
4. Add all the other chopped veggies of your choice and sauté for a while on a medium flame.
5. Add the boiled rice, salt, pepper,dar soya sauce and green chilly sauce. And mix well
6. Garnish with green onion and serve.
