- Ginger n garlic
- Green chilly
- Salt n pepper
- Dark soya sauce
- Green chilly sauce
- Green onion
- Rice 100gms
- Bell peppers
Boil the rice 80 to 90% and keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms
Add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies
Add all the other chopped veggies of your choice and sauté for a while on a medium flame.
Add the boiled rice, salt, pepper,dar soya sauce and green chilly sauce. And mix well
Garnish with green onion and serve.
