Ingredients for Mushroom Quesadilla
- › ghee - 10 gm
- › Mushroom -100 gm
- › wheat flour 50gm
- › onion , Tomato, chillies , garlic
- › spices and salt as per taste
- › cheese 40gm
Method
1. cut down all veggies including mushrooms
2. fry it pan for some time with ghee
3. pour some salt so iodine gives more water while cooking
4. add salt to ther flour and mix with water gently untill it disolves completely
5. fry mushroom and veggies untill comes to brown color and with good smell add some spices like dhaniya powder etc as per your taste
6. make dosa with whear flour and pour remaining ghee on that
7. reverse it after 1-2 minutes
8. add these fried mushroom and veggies on the reverse of dosa
9. wait for 5 mins in low flame and add cheese for good taste
10. press into the half for shape and enjoy the meal reduce cheese and ghee as per your macros
