Precooked rice:35gms (you can pre soak and cook along with masala , just that it will take some more time)
Mushroom :150gms
Paneer :20gms finely diced
Corriander leaves : within macros
Green chillies : as per taste
Salt: as per taste
Garam masala : 1 spoon
Turmeric powder pinch
Food colour : only if you like
Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds
Onions : 40gms within macros
Lemon juice :1/2 spoon
Steps: . Heat Pan, add oil, add cumin seeds , green chillies, onions, mushrooms one by one and saute well till they are soft
Add salt, turmeric, food colour only if you prefer,garam masala, saute well for mins
Add half of corriander leaves saute well, Add cooked rice , mix well , add lemon juice mix well, once pulav is ready , serve hot with some corriander leaves dressing and any side dish of your choice NOTE: If you are using pre soaked rice , on adding rice add some water and cook until rice is well cooked , keep sauting inbetween and wait till we cook rice well and serve hot
