Direction

Step-1

Mushroom matar Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins add spices mentioned above Add half cup water and cover with a lid and cook for 5 mjns Add mushroom & peas and cook for 10 mins.

Step-2

For Piri Piri chicken Add ghee to a non stick pan and place the chicken cubes in the pan. cook for 5-7 mins and put the flame off. add piri piri masala and mix it well

Step-3

Serve with Steamed rice
