How to make Mushroom Matar,Paneer Crisps with Steamee Rice
Step-1
Mushroom matar
Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins
add besan and spices mentioned above
Add half cup water and cover with a lid and cook for 5 mjns
Add mushroom & peas and cook for 10 mins.
Step-2
For Paneer Crisps
Slice the paneer block as shown in the image
Add ghee to a non stick pan and place the sliced paneer in the pan.
Turn the pieces when it is cooked from one side.
tip- finer the pieces, crisper the paneer
Step-3
Serve with Steamed rice
