Mushroom: 90 gm

Ginger garlic paste: 10 gm
Jeera powder: 3 gm

Red chilli: 1 tspn
Coriander: 20 gm
Salt: 5 gm
Oil: 30 gm
Heat oil in a pan. To this, add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and sautue well till the raw smell of ginger goes.
Now add diced mushroom and season it with spices, add jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix and combine well.
Switch off the heat and allow the mixture to come at room temperature, then transfer this to a blender.
Add besan, boiled diced potato, grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves to the blender.
Grind this mixture and make a smooth paste.
Take out the prepared mixture and shape into galoti kebabs.
To fry these kebabs, heat oil in a pan.
Shallow fry kebabs from both sides and serve hot.
