Ingredients for Mushroom chicken pulao
- › 200gm chicken
- › 5gm oil
- › 20gm rice
- › 150gm chopped mushroom
- › 15 gm green pea
- › 30gm chopped onion
- › 10gm ginger garlic paste
- › Lime juice
Method
1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt and lime juice for 10mins
2. In a pressure cooker, add cloves and onion. Fry and add the marinated chicken.
3. Add rest of the items and mix. Fry well.
4. Add salt and pulao/ biryani masala. Adjust water and let it cook for 2-3 whistles.
