How to make Murg Musallam

Take cooker
Step 2
Add chopped onions , butter
cook on slow flame for 7 minutes
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cook for another 7minutes till it turns the color
Step 4
Add marinated chicken
Step 5
Add 200ml water
Step 6
Close the lid of cooker
Cook for 25 minutes on medium flame
and keep the lid on for another 12 minutes
Step 7
Remove the lid and add 100ml water again
Step 8
Let the water get soaked in low flame
Step 9
Tada it's ready
Garnish with coriander leaves or curry leaves
Serves for 2.
