How to make Mung Sprouts Patties
Step-1
Boil the sprouts for 20 mins or pressure cook with salt & turmeric for 1 whistle.
Step-2
In the same pressure pot steam the cubed potatoes or steam seperately for 12 mins.
Step-3
In a bowl mash the boiled potatoes. In a blender add in drained boiled sprouts corriander mint ginger garlic chillies, dry spices and blend together without adding any water. Add this mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix all together. Store in a refrigrator for 5-8 mins
Step-4
Just before you make the patties add in minced raw onions. Mix together form desired patty shape and in a non stick pan spray with a low cal spray and cook the patty on a medium flame. Flip and cook the other side. Spray with some more oil if needed.
