Mughlai soya chaap
- Soya chaap sticks 2 pc
- Coconut milk 50 ml
- Oil 5 gms
- Onion tomato 1 pc each
- Kasuri methi leaves as per taste
- Spices as per taste
Take a pan, pour oil and sauté soya chaap sticks till it turns brown. Take it out of pan and keep it aside.
Take onion tomato paste and saute it too.
Now-add coconut milk as per your taste, and stir it till gets absorbed.
Add spices and kasuri methi leaves, add chaap sticks too.
Put the lid on and cook on sim flame for 10 mins.
Soya chaap is ready, garnish it with coconut powder if it fits into your macros.
Serve it hot.
