Ingredients for moringa prantha and dal palak
- › moringa leaves or powder 10 gm , ghee 15 gm, moong yellow dal 50 gm, palak chopped 20 gm,wheat atta 100 gm and spices and 1 small onion
1. knead dough with adding basic indian spices and moringa powder and onion and rest 10 min and Make pranthas or roti as u like . now take a cooker add ghee ,cumin, dal , palak and water and take 3 whistles.. dal palak with moringa prantha ready for lunch this will give u 3 prantha medium size and 2 to 3 katori dal .u can adjust in macros as per goal
