Ingredients for Moringa & rajgira masala scrambled eggs
- › 3 whole eggs
- › 3gm olive oil
- › 10gm amaranth flour (Rajgira atta)
- › 10 gm onion
- › 3gm moringa leaf powder
Method
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the flour, chopped eggs, moringa powder, salt, red chilly powder, dried oregano & basil.
2. In a pan add oil, add all the mix and saute well. Serve hot.
