10gm amaranth flour (Rajgira atta)
10 gm onion
3gm moringa leaf powder

Step-1
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the flour, chopped eggs, moringa powder, salt, red chilly powder, dried oregano & basil.
Step-2
In a pan add oil, add all the mix and saute well. Serve hot.
