Ingredients for Moringa & coffee whey cake
- › 50 ml cow milk
- › 5ml oil
- › 10gm crushed Peanuts
- › 2gm moringa leaves powder
- › 5gm Amaranth/ wheat flour
- › 2 whole eggs
- › 12gm coffee flavoured whey
- › Stevia as per taste
- › 0.5tsp Baking powder
1. In a oil greased microwave bowl, add the dry items and then mix the eggs.
2. Beat them well, add stevia and a pinch of salt & baking powder.
3. Put in microwave and let it cook for 3 mins. sizzle with little honey & peanuts.
