50 ml cow milk
5ml oil
10gm crushed Peanuts
2gm moringa leaves powder
5gm Amaranth/ wheat flour
2 whole eggs
12gm coffee flavoured whey
Stevia as per taste
0.5tsp Baking powder
Direction
Step-1
In a oil greased microwave bowl, add the dry items and then mix the eggs.
Step-2
Beat them well, add stevia and a pinch of salt & baking powder.
Step-3
Put in microwave and let it cook for 3 mins. sizzle with little honey & peanuts.
