Moongdal Soya Dosa/Cheela
- 50 gm Moongdal 20 gm Soya chunks powder Spices of your choice Green coriander 5 ml cooking oil.
Soak Moongdal overnight Grind Dallas into dosa/ cheela form Add soya chunks powder Mix spices of your choice...(half,chillipowder,hung,salt to taste) Mix it properly & make cheela/ dosa on nonstick pan. Apply oil & let it cook Serve with tea or mint chutney😋😋
