Ingredients for Moong masala salad
- › Sprouted moong - 100 gm
- › Onions - 50 gm
- › Cucumber- 100 gm
- › Roasted peanuts - 25 gm
Method
1. Mix finely chopped onions and cucumbers with some green chilies ( as per taste) and peanuts to your sprouted moong. Add masala and lemon juice and enjoy..
