  • Recipe Ingredients listMoong (Green gram)- 80 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listGarlic - 6 cloves

Direction

Step-1

Wash and soak Moong for half an hour.

Step-2

Cook with salt till soft. Moong should not split.

Step-3

In a pan take oil ,add mustard and chopped garlic.

Step-4

Add hing, Kasuri methi, chilly powder and haldi powder and saute for a few seconds.

Step-5

Add the only the cooked moong.

Step-6

Mix well and then add a few spoons of the moong water.

Step-7

Close the pan and let it cook for 2 mins to let the flavours absorb into the Moong.

Step-8

Garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
