Moong dal n Rajma Chilla
- 80gm - pre soaked moong dal
- 50gm - pre soaked rajma 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste salt per your taste 10gm butter for pan lining.
- 1 cup water
Grind fine paste of all pre soaked dal and rajma. In this batter add mix ginger garlic paste and salt per your taste. use water for good thick flowy consistency. In a heated pan (i used non stick) lined with butter spread the batter in à circle and let it cook for 4-5 minutes (can used lid to cover and speed up the process). After 1 side s cooked flip upside down and give again 5-6 minutes. hoalla😃 s ready to eat.
