Ingredients for Moong dal Idly
- › soaked moong Dal 50gms
- › chopped onions
- › jeera
- › coriander
- › ginger piece
- › salt
- › cooking soda
- › ghee
Method
1. Grind soaked moong dal (not fine paste) and ginger piece together, add chopped onions and all other ingredients except ghee n mix. Greece idly plate with ghee, steam for 5min in idly cooker. 4idlies can be made.
