Moong Dal - 50 gms Ginger - 1 inch Green chillies - 2-3 Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - to taste Oil /Ghee - 5 gms Paneer - 25 gms Cheese slice - 1 slice Schezwan chutney - 1/2 tsp
Wash and soak moong dal overnight or hours.. Drain the water and add moong dal , ginger , green chillies and cumin seeds to grinder and grind it to a fine paste . Now take out this mixture in a bowl and add water to adjust the consistency of the batter like dosa.. Add salt according to your taste.. Take a laddle full of moong dal batter and spread it on a nonstick pan making a spiral from inside to outside .. drizzle oil from sides.. spread schezwan chutney on the top surface.. and add grated paneer and / slice of cheese .. Fold and scrape the chilla from the pan and serve it hot with green chutney Above quantity will make chilla..
