Ingredients for Moong Daal Uttapam
- › Rice 50gm
- › Moong Daal 40gm
- › Ghee 10gm
- › Onion 1pc
- › Green chilli & Ginger
Method
1. Soak daal and rice for 3-4 hours
2. Remove water and add small piece of ginger and green chilly and grind it into paste
3. Add some salt and add water if required for uttapam batter consistency
4. Apply little ghee on non stick pan, put the batter and add chopped onion on top
5. Roast properly on both sides
