Ingredients for Moong Daal Ka Shorba
- › Moong Daal -30g Onion -30g Tomato -30g Butter -5 g Garlic -2/3 cloves Green chilli -1 Chopped coriander stems -2 table spoon Salt and spices as per taste
Method
1. In a pressure cooker add all vegetables, (except garlic) , spices and soaked moong daal, pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles. Once the mixture is cooked, grind into a smooth paste In a sauce pan add butter and sauté finely chopped garlic. Add the above paste and water ( as per desired consistency).
