To be mixed together into a batter 1/2 cup rice flour 1/4 cup peeled and grated potatoes 1 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts 1/4 cup water salt to taste
To be mixed together for thr topping 1/2 cup cooked mixed sprouts (red Chana,chawli,moong,rajma etc.) 2tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) 2 green chillies ginely chopped
2 tsp oil for cooking
Direction
Step-1
1. divide the batter into 10 equal portions. keep inside.
2. divide the topping mixture into 10 equal portions. keep inside.
3. Heat a non stick tava pour a portion of the batter on it and using a laddle spread it evenly into a 75mm.
4. spread a portion of the topping evenly over it.
5. cook using 1/4 tsp of oil till both side are golden brown in colour.
6. repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 9 more pancakes serve hot.
