Mixed Paneer Veggie Curry
- Onion- 20gm
- Paneer- 50gm
- Fresh cream - 30gm
- Butter- 10gm
- okra- 50gm
- Green beans- 50gm
- Cabbage- 50gm
- Spices- red chilly powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, salt, pepper powder.
- Green peas- 20gm
Cut all the veggies into thin small slices except onion and green peas and keep it aside
Add butter to the pan and sauté all the veggies for sometime, about 5-7 minutes.
Boil the green peas until it's soft and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add grounded onion and all dry spices except kasuri methi. Let it cook until the gravy leaves the oil for about 10 minutes
Once it's done, add the sauted veggies, fresh cream, and boiled peas and simmer it for another 7-8 minutes
Now add the paneer cubes and simmer it again for 5-10minutes. Lastly, add the crushed kasuri methi.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy!
