- Ginger n garlic paste
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilly powder
- Green chilly chopped
- Mixed beans pre cooked
- Garam masala
Add oil in a pan and when oil is hot add jeera and let it sizzle
Add onions and sauté till it's transculent
Add ginger garlic paste and continue to sauté on a medium flame
Add chopped tomatoes and salt,turmeric,coriander powder,red chilly powder and chopped green chillies.
Sauté till the masalas are cooked and the mixture is mushy then add the pre cooked mixed beans and mix well.
Add little water and let it simmer on very low flame for 3 to 4 mins and then add garam masalas and garnish with chopped coriander.
