Mix veggies & soya upma
- 35 gm tomato
- 20gm soya granules
- Oil 5gm
- 20g sweet corn
- 20gm semolina
- 30g carrot chopped
- 100g chopped n blanched spinach
- 15gm onion
In a pan, add oil and mustard seeds. Put all the vegetables one by one. Saute well.
Now add the soaked soya granules and suji.
Add salt, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala and water.
Cook for 5-10mins till it gets dry.
