vegetables 100gms Paneer 100gms curd 120gm ghee 8 gms onion 50gms

Step-1
for soup:
cut all the vegetables (dudhi, tomato, cauliflower, onion) into big pieces.
pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.
blend with the blender once cools down.
add salt and pepper and cook on stove for 5 minutes..
the soup is ready
Step-2
for Paneer tikki :
pressure cook 50gms kaccha kela (raw banana) For 3 whistles
once cools down, mix boiled mashed raw banana with crumbled Paneer.
add salt, pepper, chilli, ginger, garam masala, criender and lemon.
mix everything well.
prepare small tikkis with hand.
heat a non stick tava.
Greece with ghee.
cook the tikkis on Tava on both sides until golden brown.
tikkis are ready.
