How to make Mix vegetable daal fry and rice

Step-1

Boil all the daals (50 gm) of choice

Step-2

Finely chop all the veggies (100gm) of choice

Step-3

Let the butter (10 gm) melt in a pan and add mustard seeds, asofoetida, red chilli, powder, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger and then let the veggies turn golden brown

Step-4

Add the daal and a little water to the consistency you want

Step-5

Serve it will plain boiled rice(50 gm)
