How to make mix veg with coconut milk
Step-1
cut all veggies into small cubes and split cauliflower into florets
Step-2
soak cauliflower and carrot in hot water with salt and turmeric for 10 mins
Step-3
heat coconut oil and add mustard seeds and cumin and let it splitter
Step-4
drain water from cauliflower and carrot and as them to hot oil and fry continuously on medium to high flame
Step-5
add green chillies, onion, green chillies after 5 min
Step-6
fry for 5 mins until onion starts to brown
Step-7
add capsicum and stir for 3 mins
Step-8
add tomato and paneer and corriander
Step-9
fry them until soft for 10 mins by stirring intermittently
Step-10
once it comes together add all spices and stir for 5 more mins
Step-11
finally add coconut milk and mix it up
Step-12
serve hot
