Ingredients for Mix Veg Paneer Curry & Rice
- › Paneer 100 gm
- › potato 100 gm
- › Rice 60 gm
- › onion 1 medium
- › tomato 1 medium
- › ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
- › ghee/oil 8 gm
- › salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder,jeera powder & Kashmiri mirch powder
- › green chilli 1
- › carrot 100 gm
- › green peas 50 gm
Method
1. Add ghee to a cooker followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 mins Add spices mentioned above Add potato,peas and chopped carrots and cook for 5 mins Add 2 small cup water and cook for 2 whistle at high flame and 1 whistle on low flame
2. Add paneer and cook for 2 mins without the lid. Garnish with corainder/kasoori methi
3. Serve with paratha/roti/rice
