Ingredients for Mix lentils Khichdi with Fresh Turmeric Achaar
- › 40 g lentils ( mixed)
- › 50 g Rice
- › Whole spices
- › Ginger- Garlic paste
- › Turmeric
- › Asafoetida
- › 10 g Ghee
- › Garam masala
- › Salt
Method
1. Soak lentils and rice for 30 mins
2. In a cooker , add lentils rice , ginger - Garlic paste , turmeric, garam masala , whole spices , asafoetida, salt etc.
3. Add water and mix it well.
4. Cook it for 3 whistle or until it’s done.
5. Now add Ghee .
6. And serve hot.
