Ingredients for Minty Paneer Masala
- › 75 g Paneer
- › 50 g Mint leaves
- › Shahi Paneer masala
- › Garam masala
- › Dry Mango powder
- › Salt
- › Indian spices
- › 1 tbsp curd
- › Coriander leaves
- › Fenugreek seeds
- › 5 g ghee
Method
1. In a heated pan , add ghee then add fenugreek seeds.
2. Grind mint , green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. Add in a pan, sauté it for 2 mins. Now add paneer.
4. Mix it well , add Indian spices , Dry mango powder , garam masala, curd , salt etc.
5. Mix it well and cover the lid for 2 mins.
6. Serve hot 🥵
